This morning we had a disruption on the inbound servers from 9am to 9:45am. The problem has been resolved and all systems are working properly again.

Some services have been experiencing performance issues over the last hour. We have resolved the issue and apologize for any inconvenience.

This morning some customers may have expected a false response from our SMS API. The problem has been solved within two hours and everything should be back to normal. Thank you for your understanding.

On August 10, 2024, our database server had a replication error, causing a problem in the data transfer. Some of our applications query data from the replication to relieve the load on the productive main server. The server is now under extended monitoring. No further disruptions are expected in this regard.

There is currently a fault on one of the switches in our data center which may lead to poor accessibility of our services. The SMS delivery to the O2 network in Germany is operating in regular performance again.

Currently we experience SMS delivery delays when sending messages to O2 Network in Germany. Our engineers are working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue. We will provide another update as soon as more information becomes available.

This incident has been resolved. We do not experience any unusual traffic anymore. So far we managed to block a total of about 3.000.000 requests within a couple of minutes and blocked about 10.000 hosts. Nevertheless we continue extensive monitoring of all systems.

Currently the inbound sms system is partly not available so that incoming SMS may be not forwarded. We are investigating this issue and working on a solution.

Affected between 15.30 and 16.45.

Due to an outage in our upstream connection some SMS may not have been accepted and delivered by our Gateway.
